Founded in 2002 by renowned pianist Dominican Maria de Fátima Geraldes , who along with young talent Darwin Aquino and Juan Pablo Polanco form an innovative trio in the Dominican Republic, whose purpose is to spread the Dominican music of all genres, formats and times. His successful performances include the critically acclaimed many recitals for the National Theatre, Office of the First Lady of the Republic, Dominican Museum of Music, National Music Conservatory, UNESCO, Altos de Chavon, Literature Awards Corripio Foundation, Dominican-German Center, Commissioner of Cultural Dominicano New York, among others.
With a unique repertoire, specially transcribed for this band, the Dominican trio also explores new trends in contemporary Dominican music and other works of all times of universal repertoire.
