Objective: To promote international amateur radio in the VHF band using the IRLP system AND WIRES II.
For participants contact with as many stations in his country and abroad, through the different nodes and conference facilities, prior to the day's celebration of telecommunications.

PUNCTUATION: you make contact with the official station HI8UD will be worth 100 points.
Every contact you make using the IRLP system AND WIRES II. Have a value 50 points.
Each contact to make Dominican stations in SIMPLEX, IRLP, WIRES II, HI territory, worth 20 points.
