Dominicans are a group dedicated to promoting a culture of peace and non-aggression in our country.
In the Dominican Republic there are many episodes of violence and abuse against several disadvantaged groups that stand between children and women.
propose that the solution to the problem of aggression and violence in our country is long term and we must start in families, schools at all levels, and in the workplace.
The cost of the conflict in the workplace in the Dominican Republic, despite the absence of credible statistics, round of multimillion-dollar sums just judging by the judgments of labor cases for payment of employees and the cost of absenteeism caused by stress and depression.
then propose a program with the purpose of placing the foundations for progress on the path of introducing an atmosphere of peace and harmony based on the re-definition of aggression and conflict ingredients present in the current culture of the country:
1 - forming nuclei of people open to active peace ideology, and training environments in which conflicts are resolved by way of discussion between adults, on a rational basis. This training will
directed especially to the families to create families free from violence or aggression.

problem."
2 - Formulate plans to sensitize teachers and students groups in the origins of conflict and aggression and to radiate to others that actititud Members of the institutions.
3 - the companies will offer training for employees and managers trained in the use of the science of alternative dispute mediation, and serving them in mediating disputes.
The above problems are identified based on core social clubs, sports NGOs and cultural and civil society

The first step in the formation of this project will be to identify a management group of no more than 10 persons, which committees will be formed in each of the areas of program and from there continue to implement our plan of action.
