-if parents are divorced, you must grant permission to another to go away with the child, no matter which one of the two has the custody.
-Alien Minors do not need the permission of migration, having only to pay tax per stay.
"The documents required for the permit application to the general direction of migration are:-Copy of passport of the child and adult to travel with this,-Copy of Visa of the child and adult;-Original Birth Certificate of the minor, duly legalized, - 2 2x2 Photographs, - Copy of Certificate of the father who gives the authorization.
