Applicants must purchase the materials for the consideration to be rendered, which is available for sale at the offices of INDOTEL at a cost of two hundred pesos (RD $ 200.00).
Applicants must deposit with the INDOTEL the relevant application in a letter to the Executive Director, in a (1) original and two (2) copies, expressing interest in obtaining or changing the status to operate in conjunction with the documents which are described in Article 7 of the Regulations for the Amateur Radio Service approved by the Directing Council Resolution No. 099-03 of November 28, 2003, available on the website INDOTEL www.indotel.gob. do, by the twentieth (20) March, two thousand and eleven (2011), in hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in addition to complying with the requirement contained Articles 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the Regulation, depending on the category of interest. INDOTEL process your request and notify its decision. If the application meets the requirements will be notified the group that has been entered for the purpose of this review.
