ISLAND DX EXPEDITION Saône HI2RCD The Radio Club Dominicano, Inc. is inviting all amateur radio frequencies to be vigilant in the Expedition set out to turn on the Isla Saona HI2RCD event under the special qsl month of the country that began on January 26th with the celebration of the birth of Juan Pablo Duarte, and ends on February 27 with and 167 anniversary of our independence.
