If we could get Wikileaks, install a branch in our country many things could be prevented at the expense of our country and other major frauds would be clarified.
Wikileaks may be the way to really know the people who vote for the bandits, but justice is done dumb, but at least think better before rejecting accusations of officials from his office that defraud the state. A branch Wikileaks
I want for my country, serving as the court where they can judge and condemn those officials of state resources which justice and never punished.
Wikileaks With a branch in my country apart might know people who are its criminals who for so many years lie to those who break the state although there is evidence of corruption in the exercise of its functions, saying justice is always benign it is political persecution.
Wikileaks With a branch in my country could not tell who is more embarrassed if officials who govern us or the people who vote for them, after Wikileaks, the offer, the kind of people that govern us.

En un lucido acto which had a large attendance, the Dominican Union of Radio Amateurs, Inc. Udra. Assembly held its election to choose the policy that will lead the destiny of the organization for the period 2011-2012. After the first and second call was proceeded to the election, the counting of them gave the following result, Fausto Alvarado HI8FLB turned president again accompanied by Sergio de la Rosa HI8SAR for Secretary. The vice presidency went to Miguel Caro HI7MC who is also the President of the Branch in La Romana, the Treasury will be under the responsibility of Mr. Alberto Puig KP4AP/hi8. Those are the main directors of UD for the period stated above.
The Electoral Commission was made by distinguished colleagues amateur radio and the same was chaired by Mr Hugo HI8HS Sone, accompanied by Mr. Juan Salas HI8JSG secretary of the committee, assisted by Manuel Duarte HI8MDL vocal.
The newly formed policy this afternoon will take office from January 22 next 2011 at a ceremony to prepare for the outgoing board.
The event was used for delivery of certificates and awards for participation in the recent past and IRLP VHF contest organized by the FEDERATION OF PUERTO RICO AMATEUR RADIO which included vast participation of stations in the Dominican Republic.
Last night while watching the broadcast Telenoticias star Roberto Cabada, my wife and I were analyzing images Fernandez, as he left the Hilton Hotel, referring to the number 4.
What nobody has been able to figure out is, in fact he meant the first Executive man with this sign of the four fingers: That if that will solve the 4% to education or whether, as 4 more years?
My wife, endowed with a prodigious mind tells me that "My love you'll see that Leonard will ask the people 4 years in order to meet the 4% to Education."
I add: "Well my sky 4 by 4, is an exchange the President said" excuse me again, you give me I give them 4 and 4. Four years in the government and I will fulfill the desire of 4% Education ".
the end we conclude with what may result in a simple, but interesting mathematical expression. If the president Fernández was reelected in 2012-2016 Summary 16 years in power.
And the question we ask is: from the point of view of mathematics, four more years in power multiplied by four percent to education would then be equal to sixteen years in power?
In politics 4x4 = 16? As the great English historian and essayist, Thomas Carlyle: "With numbers can prove anything."
This is my people. On Monday the country and some regions of the world is dressed in yellow to demand, respectfully, that they comply with the Law 66-97, which sets the budget allocation of 4% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to the Ministry of Education.
But let's not false hope, the Finance Minister, Vicente Bengoa has proposed an amendment to the Education Act on the grounds that the percentage allocated to the education sector is an impossibility.
Admit it gentlemen, the government has no money and worse still no political will to move in that direction, at least in the medium and long term. So
is that, dear compatriots, the 4% Education is fantasy and fiction. Utopia.
In yesterday came to light the pact between the candidates for nomination President of the Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD), Hipolito Mejia and Luis Abinader.
As transcended the agreement will be signed on Sunday in a ceremony to be held at the Hotel El Embajador.
One of the most relevant elements of the compromise between these two important political figures is that of Hipólito Mejía win the next election to be held in May 2012, it is committed to complying with the law establishing the 1966-1997 budget allocation of 4% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the Ministry of Education .
Furthermore Luis Abinader be Vice Presidential candidate and running mate of Mr. Mejía.
no doubt that the agreement between these two politicians will impact both internally and outside the PRD ... We'll see what happens!

My baby was born in USA but her father is Dominican y. ..
For a child to bear the surname of his father, there are several options depending on the particular case of these is the legitimation process (parents married after s é baby's birth) the other option or n is the voluntary paternity acknowledgment. In the form of standing, used to add the biological father's name when he marries the mother after the birth of his son, a space appears to indicate a desire to change child's surname.
For the second option or n there is also a box on the form to indicate the desire to change the child's name in the form of Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity, when it is used to establish paternity.
However sometimes paternity is established by a court or administrative order issued by a court, you need to request in writing and signed by both parents, in order to change the surname of the child, within a deadline set by the court or administratively. This request must contain the name of the child and must be written in the new birth certificate. The request must submitted to the Civil Registry Division of the State concerned, ( Public Health Division of Vital Records ) including administrative order or a certified copy of the ruling of the court which issues it.
If you need to change the name due to some error, this must be done through the process of correction.

The Organization Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) warns that the cholera outbreak affecting Haiti could reach the Dominican Republic, so we should take hygiene measures and prevention. According to data collected by PAHO, the cholera outbreak in Haiti's Artibonite region has affected over 3,000 people and has killed more than 250.
Cholera is an acute intestinal infection caused by ingestion of food or water contaminated with the bacterium Vibrio cholerae. It has a short incubation period, from less than one to five days. The bacteria produces an enterotoxin that causes copious diarrhea, painless, watery that can quickly lead to severe dehydration and circulatory collapse causing death if not treated promptly. Most patients also suffer vomiting. Symptoms
When cholera begins to manifest, the person affected has mainly:
· Diarrhea Vomiting · · High temperature · Loss of appetite · Decay
Most infected people do not necessarily have symptoms, but the bacterium is present in their faeces for 7-14 days. When the disease occurs about 80% - 90% of the episodes are mild or moderate and are difficult to distinguish clinically from other forms of acute diarrhea. Less than 20% of patients develop the typical picture of cholera with signs of moderate or severe dehydration. Treatment
Cholera is a disease can be easily treated. The prompt administration of oral rehydration salts to replace lost fluids, in addition to the administration of antibiotics to stop the shedding of the bacterium Vibrio cholerae, achieves almost always the cure. In particularly serious cases may require intravenous fluids infused to save the life of the patient. However, if left untreated, cholera can kill the patient quickly once the symptoms manifest themselves.
The Public Health Ministry reported that it has been prepared Defilló Doctor Laboratory, National District, to make testing for the disease, as a preventive measure against any possible case of displacement of the cholera outbreak that affects neighboring Haiti. Prevention
Among the measures recommended by health authorities include:
· Wash hands often with soap or antibacterial gel · Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables · Cook food thoroughly · Handle and adequately protect food Avoids eating food and drinks on the street or which do not know its origin always clean and disinfect the home · Wash household utensils properly and to the extent possible · Clorificar not share water used for drinking, sanitation as well as floors, walls and cleaning utensils, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and toilets, as chlorine kills any germs and microbes
We have the collaboration of all these preventive measures taken. Any employee who has symptoms of cholera, must notify the Directorate of Security.
RCD PLATE RECOGNITION AWARDS AMATEUR RADIO CLUB OF SALVADOR

The ITU estimates that two billion people will be online in late 2010
FURNTR: HI8VB.TK
According to recent statistics from the ITU published today in The World in 2010: ICT facts and figures (World in 2010: facts and figures of ICT), the number of Internet users around the world doubled in the last five years and will exceed two billion in 2010.
The number of people who have Internet access at home has also increased from 1 400 million in 2009 to almost 1 600 million in 2010. The new data were revealed on the eve of World Statistics, to be held on October 20, 2010 in the world.
hundred sixty-two of the 226 million of new Internet users in 2010 will be living in developing countries, where the number of Internet users is growing at a faster rate. By late 2010, 71% of the population of developed countries will be online, compared with 21% of the population for developing countries. While 65% of the population in developed countries have Internet access at home, this proportion was only 13.5% in developing countries, since Internet access is more common in schools, workplaces work and public locations.
Regional differences are considerable: 65% European Internet browsing, but only makes 9.6% of Africans. Due to the rapid increase in Internet content and applications with high bandwidth, is becoming increasingly important demand for broadband connections at higher speeds.

A throughout the entire history, mankind has evolved in response of the great discoveries.
The economic, political and social development has always been related to the huge and exorbitant findings of the great men of history. The
discovery of America in 1492 commanded by Admiral Christopher Columbus, is without doubt one of the most revolutionary expeditions of all time.
In 1895 the German physicist Wilhelm Roentgen discovered by accident X-rays, and thus begins a revolution in the diagnosis of diseases of bones and vital organs.
In September 1928 the English doctor, Alexander Fleming, while performing a study on the behavior of certain microscopic particles observed behavior never seen before. The product of this observation resulted in one of the most important discoveries of modern therapeutics and universal medicine: Penicillin .
In October 2010, while searching for some files in his office, the Minister of Education, Melanio Paredes made a great discovery: 82-00 law.
law 82-00 is a part that regulates the rates imposed by private schools. The minister promised to "review and apply" from next year. After 10 years of being passed I think it is an important finding.
welcome and congratulate the Radio Club Dominicano, Inc. (RCD) entity Dominican groups of amateur radio since 1926, by the wise decision to send in the coming days to the Clerk of the Board of Directors (Colleague Vantroi Hi8VP Peña), as chief delegate to the XVII General Assembly of the International Amateur Radio Union - Region 2 (IARU-R2).
This great event, organized here by the Amateur Radio Club of El Salvador (CRAS) will be held in Decameron, El Salvador from 4 to 8 October 2010. In it, he addressed many important issues on the promotion and defense amateur radio, the HF band plan and other matters of extreme importance to Amateur Radio.
wish the best of luck to our representative, who during the event, besides giving the conference "Operation Haiti: Experience Dominican "has the responsibility of voting on behalf of our country, in each of the initiatives to be presented later to the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
On February 27, 1963, becomes president a man who would start a government without precedent in history the Dominican Republic.
The man we talked about many of you know him: Juan Emilio Bosch and Gavin.
The new administration headed by Bosch develops and proclaims a new constitution, considered by the specialists as the most modern and democratic national political history.
At the speed of light Bosch's government begins a genuine transformation democratic and integrated the Dominican State. Newcomer administration lays the groundwork for a modern, fair, honest and incorruptible. A president tolerant and respectful of human freedom, political and union.
But as the popular saying: "Party hard poor little house" and that only democratic celebration lasts seven months and ended with a coup d'etat on September 25, 1963.
With the support of major business sectors, religious, military and political, even by major foreign powers to stop what looked like the launch of the country by our founding fathers dreamed.
24 hours before out, once again, into exile Bosch wrote: "Neither alive nor dead, neither in power nor in the street will be achieved by us to change our behavior. We have always opposed and oppose the privileges, theft, persecution, torture. We believe in freedom, dignity and the right of the Dominican people to live and develop its democracy with freedoms, but also with social justice. In seven months in office have not spilled a drop of blood and torture have ordered or have accepted a penny from the people out into the hands of thieves. "
Today, 47 years after that dark episode, the party founded by Don Juan, on the other party government said through its spokesman, Hector Olivo noted "that no activities to mark the coup Professor Juan Bosch, 25 September 1963, it was a dismal time for the country."
Worst of all is that since the government does not feel the will nor the desire to vindicate the principles of the former president.
"The seriousness, the honor and dignity are worth? That is useless in this country fellow!
No doubt the great and important advances that technology has experienced a part of the humanity of the present generation. That
eBook will eventually disappear when printed book is something with which I disagree, but respect the opinion of Mr. Morrison Hiddekel published in this newspaper on September 3 this year entitled "Electronic Book It will disappear printed book! "
Eng Morrison seems to forget the illiteracy rate that exists worldwide. I hope my ignorance and my concern is not it foolish for Mr. Morrison. In my personal opinion the printed book will still be above the electronic advances.
How many human beings have the privilege e know the progress?
There are millions of people who can not handle a computer, no cell phones or residential, added it to the progress of the internet.
With the bad quality of education in many countries will be difficult for humans to be prepared and adapted for contacting the electronic book.
I think that in 100 years, more literate, more students leave schools and universities.
electronic advances can not be above those that might receive this privilege without preparing them for easier handling.
argue, what is written, is written and only remain in print. The electronic book is a dream of Mr. Hiddekel Morrison.
Some considerations to take into account minor permits
Dominican
"When the minor is traveling with both parents, permission granted by the Directorate General ng Migration NOT NECESSARY.
"When there is a conflict between the father and mother, leaving the country on the child, the father diligently should be directed to the Judge the Court of children and adolescents and to request a certificate of departure for the Department of Immigration can issue certification.
-For cases in which the child is recognized and declared by only one parent, and thus recorded in the birth certificate, you can leave the country with the father listed on birth certificate or with the permission of the parent respondent.
"The family council or legal guardian must grant permission when the minor's parents are deceased. If only one parent has died, the other should submit the death certificate to the Directorate General of Immigration.
"If one parent is abroad, and the other parent intends to leave the country with the child, the parent is abroad must send a consular legal power to the other parent.
-if parents are divorced, you must grant permission to another to go away with the child, no matter which one of the two has the custody.
-Alien Minors do not need the permission of migration, having only to pay tax per stay.
"The documents required for the permit application to the general direction of migration are:-Copy of passport of the child and adult to travel with this,-Copy of Visa of the child and adult;-Original Birth Certificate of the minor, duly legalized, - 2 2x2 Photographs, - Copy of Certificate of the father who gives the authorization.
plugs in this country every day are longer, more durable and more galling.
With gasoline more than 100 dollars a gallon, unemployment rate exceeds 20% (unofficial figure) of the population economically active and decaying middle class does not explain why so many entaponamientos on our streets.
you not be surprised if you encounter a traffic jam and blocked at 12 midnight on any location.
Yesterday, as I moved in the direction from east to west, heading toward the center of the city, I stumbled upon a plug in full high of 27 February.
may not sound strange. The reason for my concern lies in the fact that scope to see a vendor in full high of 27. The implication could not be more clear: "If there is a seller on the high is because every day entaponamientos become more and more frequent up there. "
Requirement consent of both parents for the Issuance of a U.S. passport in Sto Dgo
is a pity that the Anonymous Comment 142, did not leave his name, to extend our thanks on behalf of itself, being the first person who has taken the time to make a contribution the blog, is for this reason I decided to put the comments 142 and 143 in a specific entry.
not forget to give credits copyright, and you know that this is a contested issue and penalized, the text will read below, which was sent by a collaborator, has been taken or copied from the website of U.S. Consulate in Santo Domingo:
Likewise it is important to clarify that Section 236, Public Law 106-113, the United States. And the questions that have motivated the various responses Dominican passport concern for the children of foreign-born Dominicans.
The international abduction of children by parents is a matter of serious concern to the United States. To help prevent child abduction, Congress passed Section 236 of Public Law 106-113, also known as the requirement of consent from both parents. This law requires both parents to execute a passport application for the benefit of those under 16 years (from February 1, 2008 the age requirement was changed from 14 to 16 years). If only one parent executes the application, that parent must establish their custody status or to persuade the parent that is not running the application give written consent, except in cases of critical or special family circumstances. Written consent is an integral part of the passport application and becomes part of the passport file. An individual may apply "in loco parentis on behalf of a child under 16 years by submitting an affidavit of consent from both parents and notarized written specifically authorizing the application. However, if only one parent provides written consent affidavit notarized, you must present documented evidence that he alone has the sole legal custody the child. Requirements as specified by law: Both parents or legal guardian must execute the application and provide documentary evidence showing that parents or guardians, or The person running the application must provide documented evidence that: has sole custody of the child; have the consent of the other parent for the issuance of the passport (form) or is "in loco parentis and has the consent of both parents, or the parent with sole custody of the child, or legal guardian, even the issuance of the passport. regulations required in section (A) may provide exceptions in cases of critical circumstances, such as those involving the health or welfare of the child, or when the Secretary determines that the issuance of a passport is warranted by special family circumstances. Given the requirements of this new section of law, the person running the passport for the benefit of the minor must provide at least one of the following: paternity and identity testing. A copy of birth certificate or other official document appointing the child and the name of both parents, and proof of identity of the parents, as a passport or other piece of identification with photo and signature visibly clear.
Parental consent is not present. The other parent may come to the Consular section in person and sign the passport application at the time of submission, or provide written consent authorizing the issuance of the passport. The written consent must be accompanied by a copy of the passport of a parent or other piece of photo identification which appears clearly visible signature.
Proof that the parent running the application has full custody of the child. (Eg, birth certificate where it appears only the mother's name, court order granting the sole legal custody to the father in question, the death certificate of the father in question, etc..)

conversation with the mother (Dominican) OF A CHILD BORN ABROAD ...
In recent days several people have contacted us about a situation common: "My son was born in country X, but I brought it months and now wants to go to meet her father, her paternal relatives, at last he is, the point is that they want to go ..." but we the consulate of the country of his birth and told us we should go to immigration, to seal a letter that was given because the child (a) came in with his birth certificate. She has been here 18 years.
other words, became an adult, and never bothered to get their documents Dominicans.
The fee per stay, you must make an appointment at immigration to get a rebate of the cost.
What to do, look for all means that the applicant leaves the country as a Dominican.
If you do not want to pay, he can do nothing to fix or pay Dominican documents.
